Refund policy

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You must also include the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at support@outletpal.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us with any return questions at support@outletpal.com.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Outlet Pal products are not considered perishable or hazardous, but please note: we cannot accept returns of used, modified, or damaged items that are not due to a manufacturing defect. Products purchased from unauthorized resellers are not eligible for return or warranty service. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to complete a return for the product you have. Once the return is accepted and refunded, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

After the 30-day return period has passed, your product remains covered under our 1-Year Limited Warranty. We warrant to the original purchaser that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the purchase date. If a defect arises during this period, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. The warranty does not cover: (1) products submitted after the 1-year warranty period has expired; (2) products that have been opened, repaired, or modified by anyone other than Outlet Pal or an authorized provider; (3) products damaged by drops, impacts, moisture, or conditions outside the product’s specifications; (4) damage caused by natural disasters such as lightning, flood, earthquake, or hurricane; (5) damage due to misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents including fire or electrical surge; (6) damage not caused by a defect in materials or workmanship; (7) products purchased from unauthorized resellers; or (8) normal wear and tear. To begin a warranty claim, contact support@outletpal.com with your proof of purchase and a short description of the issue.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@outletpal.com.
