What exactly is Outlet Pal?
Outlet Pal is a synchronized outlet system that lets you control outlets from your wall switch without rewiring or smartphone apps.
Outlet Pal uses a Leader and Follower system. The Leader plugs into a switched outlet you want to control from, and Followers plug into any outlets you want to control. When you turn on the switch connected to the Leader, all paired Followers will turn on too!
A button on the side of each Outlet Pal is used to configure them as Leaders or Followers and to pair them together. An LED indicator is used to show you the current state of the Outlet Pal.
What is a switched outlet?
A switched outlet is a wall outlet controlled by a light switch. When the switch is on, the outlet has power; when it’s off, the outlet is off—commonly used to control lamps in rooms without ceiling lights.
What if I have two rooms with switched outlets?
You can configure multiple Outlet Pals as Leaders. Each Leader creates their own independent network with their paired Followers. You can have multiple Leader-Follower setups throughout your home with minimal cross-interference.
What if I have multiple outlets I want to control?
Outlet Pal is perfect for controlling multiple outlets at once. Simply pair multiple Follower devices to your Leader, and they will all turn on or off together when the Leader's switch is activated. You can control as many outlets as you need with a single switch, making it ideal for lighting systems, entertainment centers, or holiday decorations.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all Outlet Pal products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be in their original condition with all packaging included.
What is your warranty policy?
All Outlet Pal products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If your Outlet Pal device malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will replace it free of charge.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications. To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase.
